![]() I got some gloves and pushup bars to help support my wrists and that helped a bit, but some of the workouts were hard to push myself on without feeling like I was going to hurt myself, so I had to manage my situation accordingly.Īll in all, I'm a fan. I am not particularly overweight, but I am tall, and the weight hitting my wrists on exercises with lots of explosive pushups or burpees or things like that ended up being a bit of strain in the long run. My only serious complaint about x3 is that it's pretty hard on my wrists. As you get to know the workouts, it's easier to figure out how to pace yourself, so they're scalable to different levels of fitness, but it also means you kind of get out of it what you put into it. ![]() I haven't done any of x or x2 so I don't have any comparison to make there, but I found the program to be fairly challenging while still fitting into my schedule pretty well. ![]() I didn't really change my diet very much, so I didn't lose any weight, but I gained a lot of fitness. I did x3 + the x3 elite block for 120 days straight without missing a workout.
